We strive to get your custom-branded fitness gear into your hands as quickly as possible! Once your order is confirmed and artwork is approved, production typically takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping times will then vary depending on your location within the UK.


Shipping Costs:


Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalising your order on our website.


Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.


International Shipping:

Returns Policy


Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product itself.


Here are some situations where we may accept a return:

  • You receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The product you receive does not match the specifications of your order (e.g., wrong size, colour, or logo).

  • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at  Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.   • We will not issue refunds for any orders where the customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information during checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to print any design or logo that we deem offensive, illegal, or inappropriate. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss possible revisions or a cancellation of your order.
