We strive to get your custom-branded fitness gear into your hands as quickly as possible! Once your order is confirmed and artwork is approved, production typically takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping times will then vary depending on your location within the UK.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalising your order on our website.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product itself.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and arrange for a replacement, if applicable.
